Sandaraska Park Policies
To ensure your full enjoyment of Sandaraska Park, we ask that you read through our Park Policies. We are proud to offer a safe family friendly campground for your summer enjoyment. Beautiful, clean and quiet spacious sites with mature trees, heated salt water pool, super clean facility. We have very few black flies or mosquitoes.
Age Restrictions: Campers must be 25+ years of age to book a campsite.
Family Definition: 2 adults and maximum of 4 children under the age of 18.
Guests: You may invite a maximum of 2 guests and their horse to stay on your campsite. If an overnight guest, they must sleep in your RV. Additional tents and RVs are not permitted on already booked campsites. Guest’s horse may stay in the horse paddock if space permits. Additional fees will apply. Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted on each campsite. Proof of rabies vaccine is required. Dogs must be leashed, accompanied at all times and excessive barking is not permitted.
Motorized Activity Vehicles: ATV’s or dirt bikes are not permitted on Sandaraska Park property to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Cancellation Policy Of Transient Sites
Our reservation cancellation policy is as follows:
No refunds if less than 7(seven) days notice.
Less than 21 days notice – 50% refund less reservation fee
22 days or more 100% refund less reservation fee
Reservation fee of $6.00(+ HST) is non refundable
All reservations need to be cancelled on line. Once we receive your cancellation confirmation we will send you a refund. Refunds will be processed within a week of cancellation. We are unable to except any cancellations over the phone.
Additional Fee For Transient Camping
Reservation Fee: A $6.00(+HST) reservation fee is added to each booking to cover administrative costs.
Camping Fees: Must be paid in full at time of booking.
Ganaraska Park Trail Pass: For your convenience, trail passes for the Ganaraska Forest can be purchased at Sandaraska Park.
Additional Fee For Seasonal Camping
Registration Fee: When booking for an full season by first-time campers, a one-time fee of $250 is required.
Refundable Deposit: A deposit of $350 is required by full season campers to cover any outstanding metered costs for hydro and site clean up. This deposit is fully refundable once all expenses have been paid.
